Two Drivers Sent To Hospital Following NE Indiana Crash

(UNDATED) – The drivers of two vehicles were sent to the hospital after they were injured when their autos collided in Northeast Indiana.

According to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office 34 year old Christina Salisbury of White Pigeon was driving east on State Road 120 just after 4:30 AM Tuesday. She attempted to turn left onto State Road 13 and turned in front of a westbound vehicle driven by 56 year old Robert West of Howe. The two automobiles collided.

Both drivers were taken to Elkhart General Hospital. West had serious head and neck injuries. Salisbury had head and neck pain along with a cut to her face.

Both were also given citations. Salisbury was cited for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection and for driving without ever receiving a license. West was given a citation for driving while license was suspended.
