Kendallville Man Injured In Branch County Crash

(QUINCY) – A Northeast Indiana man was injured in a two vehicle crash in Southern Michigan.
The Branch County Sheriff's Department says 33 year old Andrew Brockwell of Kendallville was driving east on Jonesville Road, west of Fremont Road Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say Brockwell fell asleep while driving, crossing the center line and striking a vehicle heading west, driven by 22 year old Zach Brockway of Quincy.
Deputies say Brockwell was trapped in his automobile and was removed by the Quincy Fire Department. He had head injuries and was taken to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
Brockway was not injured.
Deputies were also assisted at the scene by the Quincy Police Department and Life Care Ambulance.
