Authorities Seeking Surveillance Video In Homicide Investigation

(ANGOLA) – The Steuben County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in their investigation of the death of 82 year old Wilma Ball.

The Angola woman was found stabbed to death at a home on Lake James June 23. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives say they are seeking any possible additional surveillance video on Lake James Lane 200 and surrounding areas that has not already been provided. The time frame of the video would be from 5:30 PM on Tuesday, June 22 until 1 PM on Wednesday, June 23.

If anyone has additional video, they are asked to contact the Steuben County Sheriff's Office at 260-668-1000, extension 5000.

Authorities are reminding citizens to continue being safe and vigilant, and to please report anything suspicious or out of the ordinary.
