Constantine Village Council Looks To Replace Trustee

(CONSTANTINE) – The Constantine Village Council is looking to replace one of their trustees.

During Monday's meeting, Village Manager Mark Honeysett announced that Trustee Joe Faulkner was stepping down from his position on the Council, effective at 12 AM on June 22. Faulkner explains why he can no longer serve as a Council member. ...... {LISTEN}.

Faulkner has served six months of the two year term on the Council he was elected to.

Council President Gary Mathers shares how they would go about finding someone to finish out Faulkner's term. ...... {LISTEN}.

The Village Council agreed that was what they wanted to do.

If anyone is interested in finishing Faulkner's term, they can submit a letter to either Mathers or Village Manager Mark Honeysett by July 1. The Village Council will discuss the candidates during their July 5 meeting and then bring in those they want for an interview during their July 19 meeting.
