Monday Morning Crash Injures Bronson Woman

(CALIFORNIA TOWNSHIP) – A Monday morning crash injured a Bronson woman.

According to the Branch County Sheriff's Department, 46 year old Merideth Goodsell was driving north on Fremont Road, just north of Waters Road at 7:50 AM when she fell asleep behind the wheel. She crossed over the center line and went off the road, striking a tree.

The Fremont Fire Department removed Goodsell from the vehicle, using the Jaws Of Life. She had internal injuries along with a broken wrist, and was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne by Life Care Ambulance.
