(SOUTH BEND) – A four month investigation resulted in the arrest of a suspect for child molesting.

The Steuben County Sheriff's Office say 35 year old Preston Young was arrested Friday at the South Bend Greyhound bus station. He is charged with two counts of child molesting after he allegedly had sexual contact in July 2019 with a then 13 year old girl.

Young is being held in the Steuben County Jail pending his initial court appearance.

A second suspect in the case, 35 year old Travis Weaver of Rome City, is charged with one count of child molesting. He was arrested in December, and then released on a $50,000 bond.
