(EAST LANSING) – There's some work to do today for the White Pigeon Golf team. After day one of the MHSAA Division 4 State Finals, the Chiefs find themselves in 16th place out of 18 teams with a team score of 352. Grand Rapids Northpointe Christian is the leader with a score of 299. White Pigeon head coach Mark Olsen says the team had some difficulty on the greens. Cole Shafer paced White Pigeon with a round of 85.

(BATTLE CREEK) – After day one of the MHSAA Division 2 Boys Golf State Finals, Edwardsburg's Satchel Pierce finds himself in a pretty good position. Pierce shot 74 in the individiual portion of the State Finals and is looking to make a push today to get into the top 10. In the Team part of the finals, Gull Lake is tied for sixth with a score of 308. Marshall is tenth (326) and Mattawan is 11th (327).

(EAST LANSING) – Day one of the Division 3 Boys Golf State Finals find Schoolcraft tied for fifth after shooting 336. Hillsdale is 17th with a 371. In the individiual State Finals, Grant Baker of Jonesville fired an 86.
