West Michigan 4, Fort Wayne 1 – The Tin Caps finish the second half of the season with 42 wins and 28 losses and the top seed in the Eastern Division. They'll have home field advantage when they open a three game series at Bowling Green on Wednesday.

Bowling Green 10, South Bend 0 – The Cubs ended their season with a record of 75-64 and sent an attendance record for the fourth consecutive season.
