White Pigeon beats No. 9 Decatur 22-20 in OT
(DECATUR) – When White Pigeon played at Decatur two weeks ago, the Chiefs lost 22-14. Friday, White Pigeon beat the host and No.9 Raiders 22-20 in overtime in their Division 7 District semi-final game. The Chiefs rushed for 236 yards of total offense on 47 carries. Taylor Stewart led the way with 23 carries for 100 yards and a touchdown. Maddix Jancasz added 13 carries for 77 yards and 2 TD’s. Stewart led the defense with 12 tackles. Hunter Pant had 6 stops. White Pigeon is now 8-2 and will face No. 1 Hudson in the District Finals. Decatur ends the year 7-3.
