(MARCELLUS) – The Centreville girls picked up a road win in the Southwest 10 as they beat host Marcellus 37-30. Head coach Jill Peterson says it wasn't the prettiest game offensively, but her team found a way to be consistent defensively and get the win. Bella Kangas led Centreville with 13 points and 4 steals. Paige Walton had 8 points and 3 blocks while Faith Edwards had 6 points, 8 rebounds and 3 steals. Centreville improves to 2-1 overall and in the Southwest 10.
