(EAST LANSING) – Michigan State's basketball game at No. 5 Iowa, on Thursday night has been postponed because of COVID-19 issues with the Spartans. Center Mady Sissoko and guard Steven Izzo, who is coach Tom Izzo's son, have tested positive, and the school said there was an additional positive test Wednesday afternoon. Tom Izzo, who tested positive for the coronavirus in November, said his son and Sissoko are roommates. Both are currently isolated and will be held out of competition for 17 days, following Big Ten protocols. Izzo says he feels comfortable that he, his son and his players did everything possible and followed every protocol as best as they could.
