(EAST LANSING) – Gabe Nealy, who committed to Michigan State's 2021 class, sight unseen on April 11, has decommitted. Nealy, a three-star cornerback from Miami, Florida, made the announcement Monday night on Twitter. He thanked Coach Tucker and the MSU staff, but said at this time he will be de-committing from Michigan State University. NO LOVE LOST. Landing Nealy was considered a coup for new coach Mel Tucker, who is trying to make headway in talent-rich areas such as Florida. The 6 foot 4, 175 pounder from Miami Gulliver Prep is ranked the No. 133 player in Florida for 2021, according to the 247Sports Composite. Curiously, in recent weeks, Nealy had started tweeting and re-tweeting graphics and photos from other schools that have offered him, including FIU, Cincinnati, Nebraska, and the hometown Miami Hurricanes.
