After winning the regional last Saturday the Northridge girls cross country team cracked the Top 25 in the coaches association poll for the first time this season. The Lady Raider runners are ranked 24th in this week’s poll.
The West Noble Chargers are ranked 17th in the boys cross country poll.

VOLLEYBALL:
The Pairings for the Norwell Regional are set, with NorthWood meeting Northwestern at 10 a-m Saturday, followed by Angola taking on Bellmont at noon.

The 2019 Lakeland Fall Sports Awards will take place on Wednesday, November 20th beginning at 6:00pm in the Lakeland Jr/Sr High School Auditorium.

NFL:

MLB:
The World Series begins tonight in Houston where the Astros send Gerrit Cole to the mound to face the Washington. The Nationals will start Max Scherzer. Game time is 8:08 p-m on Fox.

NBA:
The NBA season tips off tonight with two games. The Lakers and Clippers face-off in L-A in what is a home game for the Clippers. Prior to that, New Orleans is at Toronto.
