White Sox 7, Kansas City 3 – Eloy Jimenez hits a grand slam to give the White Sox a 4-1 lead over the Royals Chicago beat Kansas City 7-3.
Cleveland 8, Angels 0 – Jordan Luplow hits a 2-run HR to give the Indians a 2-0 lead over the Angels Cleveland beat Los Angeles 8-0.
San Diego 9, Cubs 8 – Manuel Margot is walked with the bases loaded in the bottom of the tenth inning to bring home Luis Urias standing on third base and give the Padres a 9-8 win over the Cubs.

ESPN Senior MLB Insider Jeff Passan spoke on ESPn's Sports Center about the fractured kneecap injury to Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich that will end his season. He says there will not be back to back MVP's for Yelich after his injury but there are guys like Cody Bellinger of the Dodgers who have played well this season to warrant winning the award.
