ANGOLA – Steuben County police charged a second man in connection with last week's incidents in which shots were fired at a vehicle following an argument.
22-year-old Harlee Zeigler of Butler is charged with one count of aiding in criminal recklessness involving a firearm.
Steuben County detectives claim Zeigler was driving the vehicle from which Derek Bryner of Butler allegedly fired shots at another vehicle.
At least one of those shots struck the victim's vehicle.
Police say the argument began in the parking lot of an Angola area store. When the victim left, Zeigler and Bryner allegedly followed him and fired a shotgun at the vehicle.
Zeigler was already in the the Steuben County Jail on another charge and is expected to have an initial hearing today.
