KENDALLVILLE – A body discovered last Thursday along Kendallville’s east side is confirmed now as a man who went missing in February.
The body found near Allen Chapel Road was in a swampy area that police had earlier searched when it was covered in snow and ice.
John Slone was reported missing February 14th from a residence nearby.
Autopsy reports are pending but police believe no foul play was involved.
