ELKHART – Firefighters remained on the scene a second day yesterday at Forest River plant # 59 in Elkhart.
They were there to make sure no hot spots rekindled from Tuesday afternoon’s fire that destroyed the plant.
No one was injured but smoke from the fire could be seen from a distance of 15 miles.
Fire officials say it could take up to two weeks to determine what caused the fire.
