BRIGHTON – An investigation into a burglary complaint led to the arrest of a Mendon man on marijuana charges Wednesday.
LaGrange County deputies responded to 5975 East State Road 120 just before midnight and determined a black BMW left the area.
Police located the vehicle and arrested 20-year-old Darian Franks on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. He posted bond and was released Thursday.
The burglary remains under investigation and the case will be sent to the prosecutor for review.
