UPDATE The Watch Travel Advisory was lifted at 2:15 p.m. on Sunday.



ALBION -- The Noble County Commissioners declared a TRAVEL ADVISORY WATCH status early Saturday afternoon until further notice.

A WATCH is the second level advisory and means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public.

During a "watch" local travel advisory, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended, and emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies, and other organizations.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for Noble County until 7 p-m Saturday.
