Gas prices head down this week

Just in time for your holiday roadtrip, gas prices declining even more.

With the price of crude oil declining, what we pay at the pump is also going down.

The Energy Department reporting in the past week the price of regular unleaded dropped about 5 more cents to 2-36 a gallon. That's 8 cents cheaper than it was a year ago.

Only the West Coast is paying more for gas this year than last.

Gasoline in Lagrange was selling this morning for just $2.09 a gallon. The lowest price in Indiana was in Frankfort at $1.86.

The lowest price in Sturgis was also $2.09 per gallon. Michigan’s lowest price was $1.94 a gallon in Flushing and Belding.
