INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Board of Education released the results of Spring ISTEP PLUS tests on Wednesday after holding onto them for a month.

In grades 3 through 8 in LaGrange County the percentage of students passing the English-Language Arts portion of the test were 65.6% at Westview, 51.4% at Prairie Heights and 40.5% at Lakeland.

The percentage of students passing the math test were 74.8% at Westview, 54.2% at Prairie Heights and 49.7% at Lakeland.

The percentages of students passing both English and Math tests were 62.4% at Westview, 45% at Prairie Heights, and 41.9% at Lakeland.

Grade 10 results in English had 73.9% passing at Westview, 66.1% at Prairie Heights and 38.8% at Lakeland .

On the math test 60.9% at Westview passed, 35.1% at Prairie Heights and 23.2% at Lakeland.

The percentages of students passing both English and math were 55.4% at Westview, 29.4% at Prairie Heights, and 20.3% at Lakeland.
