Man is shot in Goshen

GOSHEN – Police in Goshen are investigating a shooting.

It happened at 4:24 a-m near the Tanglewood Apartments in the 2400 block of West Clinton.

A 35-year-old man told police he was backing his car from the carport near his residence when he was shot by another person who then fled.

The victim was taken to Goshen Hospital for treatment.

Investigators do not believe the shooting was a random act.
