(INDIANAPOLIS) – Indiana's COVID-19 emergency status has been extended once again.
Monday afternoon, Governor Eric Holcomb signed Executive Order 21-22, renewing the public health emergency for 30 days. It is now set to expire on September 30.
Holcomb also signed Executive Order 21-23. That extends the Executive Order specific to COVID-19 through September 1. He says this short-term extension will allow for ongoing conversations with healthcare stakeholders to evaluate pertinent information that supports hospitals during the current COVID surge.
