(STURGIS) – Sturgis Fest kicks into full gear today with Family Night activities.

From 4 PM until 9 PM, there will be events and activities in downtown Sturgis. There will be amusement rides, a youth cornhole tournament sponsored by the Sturgis Eagles #1314, with registration at 5 PM and action starting at 6 PM. The Eagles will also have boards set up to teach children how to play cornhole.

There will also be popcorn, vendors at the Arkwright green, facepainting and a teen dance at Free Church Park from 8 PM until 10 PM.

The movie “Home” will be shown on an outdoor screen starting at 8 PM.

Everything is just $1 tonight, including the food, carnival rides, cornhole and face painting. Family Night is sponsored by GT Independence.
