(BRUSHY PRAIRIE) – Starting today, Prairie Heights Community Schools 7th and 8th grade classes will be moving to virtual learning.

All Prairie Heights 7th and 8th grade students will be learning from home starting November 11 and going through November 20. They will return to in person instruction on Monday November 23.

Prairie Heights school officials say this step was taken due to a shortage of staff, caused by quarantines due to contact tracing and not due to positive COVID-19 cases.

At this time, there are no changes to any Prairie Heights Middle School athletics.
