(MIDDLEBURY) – A Goshen woman was injured in a one vehicle cash over the weekend.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says 20 year old Yasmin Acosta of Goshen was driving south on County Road 35, just past U.S. 20 at 9 PM Sunday. Her vehicle went off the west side of the road and struck a NIPSCO utility pole and then a mailbox.

Acosta was taken by ambulance to Goshen Hospital to be treated for lower back pain and an injury to her right hand.
