(COLDWATER) – A Quincy man is facing 14 charges after being arraigned on Thursday.

Branch County District Court officials say 34 year old Zachary Toth was arrested following an investigation by the Branch County Sheriff's Department. Among the charges brought against Toth include aggravated indecent exposure, aggravated stalking, using a computer to commit a crime, unlawful posting of messages with aggravating circumstances and malicious use of telecommunications.

The investigation has been going on since April 2020.

Sheriff's Department officials say that Toth allegedly used his Facebook account to send multiple sexually explicit and graphic videos to three different women. Police say one of the women told them that in one month she received 30 of these messages.

One of the other alleged victims reportedly told Toth to not contact her anymore. She says he sent her harassing and intimidating messages.

Toth is being held on a $150,00 bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 17.
