Klinger says there is no place for this. He said he shouldn't have been multi-tasking during the meeting. Klinger says he is dedicated to the City and the Commission and he will not do this again.

A few days after the incident there were posts made on social media that said the comment was made by Sturgis City Manager Mike Hughes and other posts claimed City Attorney Roger Bird had made the comment. Those posts were quickly taken down.
