(UNDATED) – Three people were injured in two incidents in Elkhart County.

At 1:30 Saturday morning, the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office was
called to the east city limits of Elkhart. They determined that 47 year old Andre McLin was driving east on Old US Highway 33 at an excessive speed as he approached a curve. McLin failed to make it through the curve, going off the road and overturning.

McLin was taken by paramedics to Elkhart General Hospital, complaining of head pain.

Just after 9:30 Saturday night, Sheriff's Deputies were sent to the west side of Goshen for an incident. Officers say that 40 year old Enrique Alvarado of Goshen was driving east on County Road 28 just east of County Road 113. Alvarado lost control of his vehicle and drove off the side of the road, striking a tree and sliding into a ditch.

Alvarado complained of pain, but refused treatment. His passenger, 29 year old David Kuhlman of Goshen, complained of right arm pain, but also refused medical treatment.
