Arreola has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Spanish both from Western Michigan University. She started her teaching career in LaGrange in 2004. In addition to being a Spanish teacher, she has taught two levels of English Language Learners, dual enrollment courses in coordination with Glen Oaks Community College, plus served as department chair, and as sophomore class sponsor.

Ebert says Arreola is a positive and compassionate instructional leader. She has an ease about herself when connecting with students, families, and staff.
