(WHITE PIGEON TOWNSHIP) – Authorities are seeking drug charges against four individuals.

St. Joseph County Sheriff Mark Lillywhite says deputies responded Wednesday to the 68,000 block of Edgewater Beach Road in White Pigeon Township on a report of people using drugs. Deputies arrived at the residence and observed people using narcotics. They secured the dwelling and obtained a search warrant.

Lillywhite says he will be seeking charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house and frequenting a drug house.

Two of the individuals at the house were from Sturgis, one was from White Pigeon and one from Angola. Three of the four subjects were women, and ranging in age from 48 to 55 years old.
