Banks has served as the congressman for Northeast Indiana since January 3, 2017, serving on the House Armed Services Committee, Veteran Affairs Committee, and Education and Labor Committee.

Banks said he “hopes northeast Indiana voters give me the opportunity to continue partnering with our president and working to deliver results to northeast Indiana’s businesses, families, workers and service members."
