UNDATED – The day after Christmas smashed high temperature records across the Great Lakes.

Records were set numerous places, including Fort Wayne, Grand Rapids, Lansing and Chicago.

A slight cold front will move across the area tonight and only allow temperatures to reach the 40s across our area on Friday.

But one more shot at the 60s is possible on Sunday before more seasonable temperatures are ushered in on Monday with rain or snow possible.
