ANGOLA – An iconic contractor who has been instrumental in developing many major projects in the tri-state has died.

JICI Construction President Kenneth Wilson announced Friday the passing of Jim Ingledue.  Wilson stated that Ingledue and “his business acumen and community involvement have helped shape Steuben County and Northeast Indiana”.

Ingledue founded of Jim Ingledue Construction in 1977.
