LAGRANGE – A Chicago man was jailed in LaGrange County after a run-in with a trooper Saturday.

Jail records show Indiana State Police arrested 24-year-old Isaac Moreno on charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, operating while intoxicated, reckless driving, and possession of a schedule one controlled substance.
