LAGRANGE – LaGrange County Commissioners authorized the county attorney to demand a property owner at Turkey Lake remove the fence they’ve placed across a public road right of way.

County officials were made aware of the situation and County Surveyor Zac Holsinger went out and staked out the right-of-way.

The fence is not only blocking the right-of-way, it is too tall for a fence in an L-1 lake zone. The County Plan Commission is addressing the fence height issue.
