LAGRANGE – The LaGrange County 4-H Fair opening weekend including the crowning of Miss Lagrange County.
Erin Frain took the crown as queen. She is a ten year member of 4-H.
Karley Allehouse was first runnerup. Lydia Johnson was second runner up and Miss Congeniality.
Samantha Scigowski, Amelia Johnston, Caleb Weaver, and Aubree Hall were named Tops in 4-H. Scigowski and Johnston took home the top awards as Master Achievers.
Today’s fair schedule includes a presentation from Pokagon State Park at 1 p-m in the Kidz Zone.
The started calf support auction at 5 p-m. The Royal Hanneford Thrill Show at 6 and 8 p-m. Princess Tea Part Meet and Greets at the free stage at 6:30p-m and Trotting bred racing in the grandstand at 7.
