COLDWATER – Two Indiana residents have been arraigned in connection with the break in to some storage units in Coldwater.

Branch County District Court officials say that 44 year old Robby McCarty and 36 year old Jennifer Oliver were both charged with seven counts of breaking and entering with intent; receiving and concealing stolen property and possession of burglary tools. McCarty is also facing a charge of not having an operators permit.

The Branch County Sheriff's Department was called to Shaftmaster U-Store-N-Lock storage units on North Angola Road Tuesday afternoon after it was discovered several units had been broken into.

Sheriff's deputies and Coldwater Police spotted the suspect's vehicle on North Marshall Road. Michigan State Police assisted in searching the automobile where they found several items taken from the storage units.

Bond was set at $75,000 for McCarty and $35,000 for Oliver.
