Mendon baseball sweeps DH from Colon

(MENDON) – Mendon picked up a pair of SCAA baseball wins as they beat visiting Colon 8-3 and 5-3. Jackson Kindig got the win in game one, with 11 strikeouts in five innings. Brayden Crites was the winning pitcher in game two, with 7 strikeouts in just three innings. Crites also had a triple and 2 RBI for Mendon, as did Carter Huston and Zak Iobe. Colon got 2 RBI from Ayden Delp and hits from Carter Person and Colin Trattles on the day.
